The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Rotherham, just two minutes from a Tesco Express shop. It exudes character and is more welcoming than chain hotels like Premier Inn or Travelodge. However, it could benefit from a good clean and refurbishment as certain areas look dated and worn. The reception service was friendly, but not overly engaging, while the dining could use some improvement, especially with the croissants being hard. Overall, despite the need for refurbishment, the hotel is well-presented and suitable for a business trip.
